  I try and try to support our local businesses, but I'm done with this one. It's sad. When they first opened, the pizza was nice. Now, and for the last few years the pizza is a large, round bread stick. Is there a cheese shortage? Even when I request extra cheese and offer to pay for it, I get this large bread stick. My most recent AND LAST order was Friday, February 12th at approximately 11am. Last name Branch just in case anyone who represents Papa John's read this and think it's a joke. I ordered 2 large pizzas. Served it to 2 guest for lunch. Embarrassing. Scrambling to find grated cheese in my refrigerator. Oh, and let's not forget the 7 or 8 tiny pieces of spicy Italian sausage they were kind enough to put on my pizza. I did order spicy Italian sausage on it, but seriously, why bother. Too small to taste. I just don't understand. So, so many food places in the area, and so many of those places can't stay open in this tough economy. Why is it so difficult to get a decent pizza with at least enough toppings to taste from this place? Well, I'm a long time home owner, I have a family, my parents in South Holland, sister and brother here too. Tons of friends. It's time for me to do my part to help close down this bread stick joint. Send the staff back to their respective high schools.

  This is the WORST pizza place EVER. Every single time I call this place they mess something up. Whether they take over 2 hours to deliver my pizza or they deliver the WRONG pizza every single time or even have the person taking orders cussing on the phone laughing at customers or I receive cold pizza or chicken poppers. Tonight at 9:30 I order ONE pizza and here it is closing time and I have no pizza. They didn't even call to let us know we would be refunded and receive no pizza. This is a horrible franchise. Papa johns should be ashamed of this store. I will never order from here again and I'll make sure nobody I know orders from this place either.
