  The worst service and food anywhere! I went in with my grandson and placed an order to eat in. Wanted a 4 piece white dinner and they wanted to charge extra. No place on the menu does it say xtra charge for all white. After about 15 minutes we got our food. Then my grandson just wanted a strip instead (he is 4) so I went to see if I could order 1 and the cashier wouldn't even turn to face me she said with her back turned that they don't sell them like that so I purchased a kids meal and she didn't even want to be bothered. I won't ever go there again and I live just down the street.

  On three different occasions I have had to wait thirty-minutes or longer to get less than 15 pieces of chicken while visiting this location. Often times when pulling up to the drive-thru or walking into the restaurant, there is usually a three-to-five minute wait before someone even acknowledges you, let alone takes your order. Irrespective as to what time of day it is, there is always a wait for some facet of the order, whether it's the chicken, side(s) or biscuits. The employees are very unfriendly, and frequently respond with short and snide answers to very basic questions and requests such as additional honey packets. On one occasion, I was informed at 10:05pm on a Saturday evening that they were no longer accepting drive-thru orders, despite their hours listing that they were open until 1am. This location fails to focus on customer service, but the fact that so many people still frequent it proves why they don't. Up until sales begin to decline for this location, I trust they will continue to give poor experiences because the people keep on coming. This location truly deserves less than 1 star, and ideally they'll heed the tremendous amount of feedback and commit to improving the customer service experience.

  This Popeyes is pretty horrible. The staff is clueless and rude and takes too long.. Hell all you frying is chicken not chicken, ribs and fish lol
